We would consider returning to Crescent Towers, but we will be sure to check for Red Tide before committing. This really comes down to those guests not having any sense of others and being inconsiderate. The only other concern I has was with a few other guests who didn't adhere to the posted rules regarding the pool (no rafts, glass, food) and smoking in areas where it was restricted. No visitors, no hours to work, no tips, etc. Visitation was down and we heard from many that it's resulting in cancelled reservations as well as impacting the food industry. I feel for the residents who rely on tourism for their livelihoods. We headed to Manatee Public Beach for the last few days of our stay to enjoy the blue waters. Monday through Friday brought winds that stirred up the air which resulted in constant coughing and the tide brought in waves of dead sea life. The main drag of Siesta Keys is a quick drive, but really touristy and crowded. Curts, Toasted Mango, Orange Octopus (ice cream) and Daiquiri Deck. You're close to several restaurants food options (easily walk-able) - Cpt. We were able to unpack and hit the beach before Noon. In fact, we arrived very early and were offered Unit #8 instead of #38. The staff took great care ensuring the unit was ready for us.
However, we did have a day to exchange for new bath towels (Tuesday) and new beach towels (Friday). Coffee maker, toaster, microwave, oven, dishwasher. Siesta Key, Florida, and our white sandy beaches create the perfect setting for the type of vacation you deserve with our studio, one and two bedroom. Knives are dull, but I've never stayed in a rental in 20 years that had quality knives. We had everything in the kitchen we needed. Having chairs and an umbrella in the hot July sun was a must. Flying in from out of town really limited what we packed. This was one of the main reasons we chose this location. It was a very comfortable king sized bed. The bathroom is small, but how much time are you spending in the unit? Second, the bed. Perfect size for us (couple without children).

Definitely hope to return in the future. Brandon was very quick to respond to our questions and fixed the one hiccup we had with the front door keypad super quickly. And it's only around 20-25 min from Sarasota and all that it has to offer. The neighborhood is upscale, private and quiet, and you can get to either end of the island for restaurants or entertainment in 5-10 min or less. My boys LOVED having the pool to come home to after making them leave the beach.

Beds and linens were comfortable, bathrooms and kitchen well stocked, and there was plenty of open space to hang out as a family for a movie or to play games. Beautiful water and white powder sand! The home was exactly as listed and had everything we needed, plus more. First time to Siesta Key as we usually prefer the Bahamas, but this location is the most 'Caribbean-esque' beach that we have visited stateside.
